Context

Part of MV Sistemas' digital platform ecosystem for the public sector — spanning healthcare, transparency and municipal management across 50+ cities. The legacy web portal had an outdated interface, low customization and technical limitations that made scaling difficult. Municipalities needed a modern, fully customizable platform to democratize access to public health information.

Product Manager leading a complete refactor of the platform over 3 years: coordinating developer squads, full UX redesign, implementation of a robust customization system, migration to a modern stack and a feature roadmap aligned with the needs of 50+ municipalities.

Context

Territory expansion was decided in meetings backed by Excel spreadsheets, loose notes and a printed map pinned to the sales floor wall. The owner's original request was a list of cities and regions based on that map — the delivery went further.

End-to-end, self-driven project:

  • Understood the need with the owner and sales management
  • Designed and built the complete tool
  • Evolved the product with every round of negotiation, until it became a map editor

Interactive map of Paraná with editable territory divisions:

  • 399 municipalities with real population data per region
  • Scenario tabs: current area, expansion, potential and comparisons
